Victor Prosper is located in Dallas’s Bishop Arts District in North Oak Cliff. The Bishop Arts District is home to an eclectic mix of retail boutiques, restaurants, and entertainment venues, making it one of Dallas’ most unique and vibrant neighborhoods.
The project includes two buildings with 210 units in four levels of wood-framed construction above a concrete podium and subgrade parking garage.
The phase two development adds over 9,300 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. Amenities will include a pool, unique resident lounge with art studio, high-tech fitness center, pet wash station, a bicycle storage and repair room, and an additional public plaza along Zang that will include an outdoor seating area. The project is adjacent to the Dallas Streetcar stop that includes a large public plaza with outdoor restaurant seating. Apartment unit features include luxury finishes such as wood-style flooring, quartz countertops, designer backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, hardwood cabinetry, luxury lighting package, full-sized front-load washers and dryers, and nine- to eleven-foot ceilings.
