The B2 project is located in the central business district of Bellevue, Washington, and is planned to operate as a second phase to Main Street Flats.

The project is positioned only four blocks from the upcoming East Main Light Rail Station of the Sound Transit System. With millions of square feet of office space within 0.5 miles of the site, B2 is well positioned to benefit from Bellevue’s ongoing demand wave.

The 165-unit building will consist of five levels of wood-framed construction above a concrete podium and subgrade parking garage.

The development will include approximately 5,200 square feet of street-level retail space. Amenities will include two courtyards with a fire pit and water feature, rooftop terrace with spectacular views of the downtown Bellevue skyline and Cascade Mountains, and bicycle storage and repair room. Residents will be able to utilize the amenities in Main Street Flats, including the fitness center, resident lounge with VIP room, and conference room. Unit features will include luxury finishes such as wood-style flooring, quartz countertops, designer backsplash, and stainless steel appliances.
