Renaissance RTP will be a full-service Marriot-branded Renaissance hotel in the heart of Research Triangle Park in Raleigh, NC.
The Research Triangle Park (RTP) is the largest research park in the United States. It includes 7,000 acres that are home to more than 300 high-tech companies employing more than 50,000 workers. It is centered between three major research institutions, including Duke, The University of North Carolina, and North Carolina State.
View GalleryThe hotel will be centrally located in the new RTP "HUB", which is a master-planned community that will serve as the downtown to the larger RTP.
The HUB is a $2 billion mixed-use development district that will include over one million square feet of office and life sciences, near 1,200 multifamily units, along with numerous restaurants and retail outlets. The project also includes 250 hotel rooms, over 13,000 square feet of meeting space, and a full-service restaurant. Amenities include a resort-style pool with patio seating, a coffee bar, a high-tech fitness center with yoga area, and a patio with direct access to the adjoining nature trail.
