WHO WE ARE

Martha Dibella

Director of Asset Management

Martha serves as Director of Asset Management, overseeing and driving execution of the Alamo Manhattan business plan. She is responsible for developing and coordinating successful implementation of asset-level strategy, including market research, underwriting, debt and equity financing, cash flow analysis, property valuation, and day-to-day oversight of property operations.

Martha brings more than 20 years of experience in multifamily, mixed-use, and community and economic development. Prior to joining Alamo Manhattan, she served as Director of Asset Management for Ashland Greene Capital in the value-add space, as well as VP of Asset Management for the Billingsley Company, which more than quadrupled the multifamily portfolio during her seven-year tenure.

An FHA-financing expert, Martha started her career in the public sector where she managed the development pipeline for FHA multifamily insurance for HUD's Southwest Region and was a national subject matter expert in workload distribution and project management.

Martha received a BA in Political Science from the University of Denver on an NCAA Division 1 basketball scholarship. When not out walking the Katy Trail with her dog Gary, Martha can be found watching hockey, her loyalty torn between the Dallas Stars and her hometown team, the Colorado Avalanche.
