David serves as the Vice President of Development at Alamo Manhattan. He is responsible for market analysis, project underwriting, and process management for development and acquisition opportunities.

Before working at Alamo Manhattan, David graduated from the fulltime MBA program at the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. Prior to graduate school, David worked for Drever Capital Management and also Dekel Capital. He has substantial experience in project management, underwriting, investor relations, and raising capital. 

David holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Southern California.
