Ted serves as a construction manager at Alamo Manhattan. He resides in Portland, Oregon, and oversees the construction of all of Alamo Manhattan projects in the Pacific Northwest.

Ted has over 15-years of high-level experience in the construction field, including work on complex projects involving multifamily with mixed uses. Prior to joining Alamo Manhattan, Ted worked as a project manager for R&H Construction in Portland. While at R&H, Ted personally managed the construction of 3 major projects, containing a total of 475 residential units. This work included the construction of Alamo Manhattan’s highly successful 199-unit Ella project. Ted also has experience in historic preservation, public museum and high-end single family home construction in major west coast markets.

Ted holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo.
