The 348-unit building consists of 20 stories of concrete high-rise construction.

The development includes approximately 14,600 square feet of ground-floor retail. Amenities include an expansive sixth floor outdoor patio space surrounded by a resident library, conference room and high-tech fitness center with a yoga/spin room. The project features downtown Portland’s largest private dog park located outside on the 16th floor. A large resident lounge is located on the 20th floor, opening up to a 3,200 square foot rooftop terrace with unobstructed views of the surrounding downtown skyline, Mount Hood, and the Willamette River.
